This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay.

I went to their office today @ 9 am to book again the same house that we are in now. I spoke to the lady in their admin. office, and I spoke to another lady on the phone. The house that we are in now was not available on the website that I use, so I asked a company employee directly to help me. The lady came to the house we are in, and told us to book the Jacuzzi suite with 2 bedrooms, and she would upgrade us to 3 bedrooms, like what we have now, and initially paid for when we moved in. My wife was standing next to me as a witness, when the lady said this . So I asked the lady who was assisting us to confirm if the Jacuzzi Suite is what I have to book. She said YES. So I booked in while she was watching me, and I showed her the confirmation. She smiled and said it was done. Less than 1 hour later, she returns and said yet another mistake was made, and that I should have booked the other Jacuzzi suite!!!!! She made the mistake, but expects us to forgive it, and just pay! Now, this company is dong this again!!!! This is the 2nd time!!! Our 1st bad experience happened when we booked the 3 bedrooms house with private pool ion Saturday December 16 to Monday December 18, and yet again there was a mistake. The admin. claimed they did not have our booking in their system. So, thankfully I saved the booking receipt and confirmation #, as well as the advertisement showing the house that we requested and it s price! So after almost 2 hours arguing, they relented.

there was a very small pool in the back of the home. The hot water was continuously throwing the circuit breaker. If you showered for 2 minutes if would trip the breaker and no hot water. You would have to reset the breaker The inside of the home was very very bland . just a bed a dresser a table and a small lawn couch. Only one TV in main sitting area

The rooms and grounds were beautiful but in the booking says it has Restaurant Bar and Mini mart none of these are there. The office is always closed and none of the staff could communicate in English. In the room they placed restaurant menus, but you had to ring for the food with no telephone availability. Staff tried to charge us because one of our children had a bleeding nose, yet I cleaned up all the blood! A very nice pool area with water slide - if they turn it on. Would definitely not stay again

緊記遵守協議

入住房間前會需要簽署一份遵守協議，基本上遵守協議就不會被罰款。另外，第一晚房間蚊子比較多，開啟冷氣後情況好很多，沖涼水熱水水壓有點不穩，不過問題不大，這裡天氣都熱得不想沖熱水涼。

บ้านพักสะอาด ปลอดภัย สะดวกสบาย

บ้านพักเบอร์ 52 บ้านพักพื้นที่กว้างสามารถอยู่ได้6-8คนตามที่ระบุไว้ ห้องพักสะอาด มีอาณาเขตแบ่งเป็นสัดส่วนชัดเจน มีเตาปิ้งย่างหน้าบ้านและครัวให้ทำอาหารได้ มีสองจุดที่เป็นข้อบกพร่อง คือห้องครัวมีกลื่นที่เปิดหน้าต่างไว้ก็กำตัดกลิ่นไม่ได้ และ ห้องน้ำที่อยํ่นอกห้องนอน น้ำไหลลงท่อช้าน้ำนองตลอดเวลา ทิชชู่ที่ให้มาเปียกน้ำ โดยรวมประทับใจมาก

一次失望的體驗

本身book左其中一間寫住"4間房:4張雙人大床及4張單人床墊"咁好自然會覺得係一個求一張大床共4間啦,去到其實係得3間房,其中一間有2張大床,所謂第4間只係得個膠摺門拉埋入面放4張床墊,我同佢對質問佢一間正常門都無的房仲無得鎖咁點叫房?網頁明明寫4間,佢都答我唔到,只係堅持話間房住到12人夠住唔肯比多間我,咁唯有即時比錢又BOOK多間房,激氣! 唔講另一間即場BOOK因為朋友住GE,講我呢間12人房:共有2個廁所點知2個熱水爐都壞得凍水,我又有個90歲呀嫲又有個5歲小朋友點沖凍水?叫佢黎整就話已經成點中師傅訓左教整唔到啦,要我地6個人沖凍水,又係激氣!佢有個門一打開係個地台黎勁污糟完全無洗過咁唔敢行入去,我地6個人一間屋,佢就比得一日5支水咁點夠飲?佢又話咁要比錢買,真係_你咩! 去CHECK IN果到仲搞笑,有2隻狗狗,我自己本身都係愛狗之人見到當然開心,但係佢地就放晒2隻狗出黎大便無人清潔搞到D人成日踩屎! 走果陣CHECK OUT搞左好耐,話我地整唔見左5條毛巾要我地搵番出黎,點知係佢自己D人無睇清楚根本就掛晒係到,仲話我整污糟左條毛巾要我比100銖,但只係有野飲倒瀉拎黎抹,仲有住之前要簽張RULES都無寫毛巾污糟左要我比錢,明顯屈錢,最後我都無比到,正垃圾

บ้านพัก กว้าง สะดวกสบาย

บ้านพักกว้าง มีหลายห้อง มีห้องนั่งเล่น โต๊ะหน้าบ้าน ห้องครัว อุปกรณ์ครัวครบ ห้องนอน 3 ห้อง ห้องน้ำ 2 ห้อง สะดวกสบายมาก เหมือนอยู่บ้านตัวเองเลย แถมยังใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวอีก
