No service no good no stay

Staff could not find copy of my booking, English may be limited But staff not interested in helping my Thai wife, After so time & arguing we got a double bed on the 3rd level no lifts. if u are over 180cm get 2 singles there might be more, Room old & in poor condition, Car parking limited if hotel busy, the security guards were great. Wifi kept cutting out. Buffet breakfast very basic, no cereal, fruit, milk, toast cooked by staff white & cold, Second morning set menu , only 2 choices, with I piece of white toast.it was cold by the time I got my meal, so I asked for hot brown toast, Fine if I paid 25baht, I was not game to ask for a second cup of coffee, In the 7 years I have been coming to Thailand this is the SECOND WORST hotel we have stayed in. You can get better hotels for the same price 30ks down the road at Pattaya, The positive side is the beach across the road, & of course leaving,

Nothing like the pictures

The room was clean but very different than the pictures, no balcony, no sea view no curtains. Also it was VERY NOISY you can hear the street, the bars and every car/bike passing in the area. Its ok for a night or two but no more.

Good location

In need for major renovation. Sea view room very noisy from people partying and motorbikes cruising. Sleepless night. Owner should sound proof sea view rooms since they are the most expensive rooms in the hotel but guests cannot sleep because of the noise.
