This is a great guest house that is clean and just a short walk from the beach and restaurants,bars etc. .The owner is polite ,helpful and easy going. The price is very good too.. We will definitely stay again.

Great hotel in the heart of Jomtien Beach on Soi Welcome. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is amazing & tasty. Rooms are great, good air con, hot shower & fridge. The bar downstairs is very cool. Buy 2 get 1 free Chang Draft. One night there was a birthday party & they let us join it. Had great food. If you come to Pattaya, stay here. It's easy on your wallet & a great hotel. Highly recommend this place.
