Overall the stay was great. Good location and staff always friendly. Liked when I checked in early I was provided a room right away. Wish the breakfast had a better selection. Was there 7 days and it was the same every day. It was sufficient.

Long stay in Thailand

The only thing that lets this hotel down is the light that comes through the curtains at night. They need to put up blackout curtains everything else about this hotel is great from check in to check out the the pool is adequate but small and not to deep the food is good. And the price is wright

The pictures are very deceiving. They have been extremely photoshopped. We We’re extremely disappointed with the condition of our rooms. I’ve seen Motels that are in better shape than this place. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I hope I’m saving someone else the disappointment we had. Just an HONEST review. The staff was friendly. But that was the highlight of this place.

All the staff at the hotel were very professional. What stood out the most, was the kind nature and attentive nature of everyone who worked there. I would often visit the upstairs pool by the restaurant to cool off and have some drinks. Every interaction I had with the restaurant staff was welcoming. Laxmi, whom I interacted with the most was so kind to me and always had a beautiful smile. She absolutely cares for her guests and has a kind heart. I will certainly stay at JourneyHub again, as it is tucked away from the noisy main strip. Laxmi, you are a kind soul, and thank you for making my vacation so enjoyable.

Pool access

I was denied access to the pool because i had a Pepsi in my hand. I was told i could not go to the pool, and a sign reading "no outside food or drink" was shown to me. I had never had an experience like that before anywhere in Thailand, and i have been there many times and traveled to many places. Outside of this incident, my stay there was fine.

Hotel was undergoing a renovation, pool & some other facilities were unavailable as a result & a bit of noise to contend with during the day. However the room itself was fine, clearly everything was new the staff were fantastic. Overall a nice place & would recommend if the price is right particularly once the reno's are finished.

I spent 12 days at the hotel. The lobby is cozy and the staff was very nice and helpfull during the entire stay. The staff took kindly to guests and smiled everytime i walked past them. My room was nice, although not a very good view. Sadly the fitness facilities where rather underwhelming. However the main disapointment about the hotel is the restaurant on the 8th floor. I had paid in advance for breakfast the entire stay, yet only went there twice. Even though it being a Thai place the restaurant was indian and served only indian food. I was not made aware of this before i booked my stay, which i find rather important. There was no sort of breakfast options for a westerner. Furthermore it always seemed to be low on juice as if they always only filled the container a tiny bit. The atmosphere in the restaurant was loud do to several guests of same origin as the restaurant, who seemed not to care how loud they were and werent in anyway asked to keep it down. The pool area on the same floor, is apparently owned by the restaurant, and u can only enjoy beverages from the restaurant.

This property is away from main street so it’s quiet. Not far walk only 5 min if you walk to right and then into shopping center on your left. Tons of food options. Breakfast buffet we did not participate due to limited options of food items. Not worth money. Pool area was nice but inside pool is very slippery. We had the family room. 1 king bed and 1 twin bed. Very spacious. Nice bathroom. Pattaya is a very busy and loud town. This hotel is away from it.
