Great place to stay. Very helpful staff

I believe the air conditioning units need to have the filters cleaned. The staff from Pattaya Sunny Rentals were extremely helpful.

We booked a hotel and this is a private home. You need from toilet paper to water everything. There are no shops close by. No public transport. Electricity had to be paid extra. Since we expected to stay at a hotel we had to move. Never ever will I book a hotel with Expedia. Helga

Unpleasant experience never again

On the first day of arrival nobody has been at the resort and nobody knew anything about our booking. Had to call hotels.com helpline in order to get hold of the landlord. Paid about 40 US$ for mobile phone roaming costs. They assured that someone would come around to bring us the keys. However, in total we were waiting for about 6 hours in reception for staff of "Pattaya Sunny Rentals" to arrive and hand out keys for the condo. The air conditioning units had old and dirty filters, we both got a bad flu of that. The overall condition of the appartment wasn't really great. Too much tear and wear, furniture was smelly. Bathroom basin was constantly leaking. Had to ask several times for cleaning of the appartment as no cleaner showed up after the first week.The noise level in the Paradise Park was really loud, not recommended for light sleepers. Also too many mosquitos every night...Had to pay a "refundable deposit" of almost a 100 US$ on the day we checked in, but we did not get any money back upon check-out as nobody of "Pattaya Sunny Rentals" showed up. Very unprofessional management, you won't see us again as guests in the future...

condominium, pas un hôtel

un condominium n'offre pas les services d'un hôtel, pas d'accueil en dehors des heures de bureau, sauf arrangement préalable. La loi thaïlandaise interdit de louer des appartements d'un condominium moins d'un mois , s'il ne possède pas de licence d'hôtel . Service de sécurité 24/24. Le service de chambre n'est assuré qu'une fois par semaine. J'étais logé au Rez-de-chaussée et avis accès à la piscine directement depuis le balcon. Cette piscine est certainement le point le plus positif de cet établissement. On y trouve un restaurant , mais ouvert seulement à partir de 9h30 , un peu tard pour les lève tôt. Heureusement , on trouve des restaurants/bars à 200m , la plage très animée à environ 1 km.

只有泳池、健身設備值得留戀。

我住的房間是sunny rental那身出租的。 paradise park的前台服務生超没有耐性的，多問一下都黑面，說話語氣態度差、没禮貌。 以後不再考慮。熱水壼超髒，有煮食爐卻没有爐具。park內泳池很大，很不錯；遠離鬧區，附近没有好吃的，進出麻煩。本來打算入住7日，後來受不了，住3天就走人。
