When I booked the property, I didn't know what to expect, and when I got there I was blown away. The room was huge and beautifully decorated. We had not one, but TWO balconies. One had a drying rack for our towels, bathing suits, etc, which was a really nice touch. Then the bed had a beautiful canopy, and the color scheme and art work everywhere really helped bring it all together. They gave us slippers, which helped avoid tracking in sand. The bathroom had a massive waterfall shower. I'm not sure about other rooms, but unfortunately our waterfall was a bit more like a trickle. Not a deal breaker, but something that could have been improved. Their toilet paper also left much to be desired, but if those are my only complaints, I'd say they're doing a pretty good job. In addition to the room being amazing, their breakfast is not something you'll want to miss. There are 3 buffet tables, an assortment of drinks and coffees, and the variety of options each day was welcomed. We tried to make breakfast every morning. We went in their pool one afternoon and wished we had time to stay there longer. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and accommodating. The fact we found such a lovely place right on the main strip for such a low price still boggles my mind. If we could go back, we would choose this place in a heartbeat. I sincerely think you will not be disappointed.

Room for improvement

I thought the hotel was old and outdated. I was very disappointed and embarrassed because I was with someone, that I was trying to impress. Bath tub had mold in it. They only gave you 1 room key, so when you return to your room it was hot. Free breakfast buffet, but not impressive. Very limited items to eat. Overall, I feel if this hotel takes on a renovation it could improve its image. It has potential with a great location from the beach and 2 malls close.

Very disappointed by choosing this hotel. Firstly the pic of double room I selected did not match by far therefore I had to upgrade costing me an extra 800 baht per night for the remaining 12 nights stay. Furthermore I had to extend my holiday by two extra nights and I was not going to change hotel for just two nights and I asked to stay in the same room but they moved me into their biggest room on same floor two doors down costing me 5600 baht and did not allow me to stay in my already upgraded room which I saw during my last two nights was unoccupied therefore they scammed me for extra money. I would understand if my old room was booked. I have been coming to pattaya for 15 years now Ive used multiple hotels this has to the worst hotel. Lastly do not be deceived by the pics you see of the hotel room they dont match and you will be disappointed. Find another hotel do yourself a favour. Another thing to add the breakfast was also rubbish normally I get up have breakfast and go back to my room, but their variety was poor so most days I did not bother.

This is not a hotell

Breakfast was nothing special, cold food at 9 o clock. Order an omellet but diden’t get any after 20minute. The Rooms are big but not nice. The staff was unpleasant and looked tired. It seemed like all the staff were sitting behind the reception desk sleeping. No service at all in a 4 Star hotell? Nothing to order to the pool or room. This is not a hotell its more like an apartment with cleaning. because the hotel was not at all what I ordered, I wanted to check out the next day. But I didn't get that. When I wanted to talk to the manager, it didn't work either because he was on vacation. so bad.
