"Terrible place to stay at! Can’t even add a person to the hotel and the front desk doesn’t know how much it would cost to add a person. Customer service are only available till 9pm and front desk is really rude! They won’t let visitors inside the hotel."

"The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. "So, this is well kept unit. If there were any areas for improvement, would be AC unit a bit loud, but works perfectly!! And house keeping a bit slow with remove gabage, and we couldn’t get the television to work. "

"I was hesitant at first since there was only one review but it didn't disappoint me! :) The place was very convenient and the apartment was spacious for group of 4 adults. All appliances were working even the water heater too. They also provided towels, shampoo/soap and tissues too. Litoy, the caretaker was really helpful and friendly. Thank you! We really enjoyed our stay here. :)"

"Booked with Expedia. Hotel wants cash only 1,500 PH peso depsit. They won't take credit card. At checkout, they don't give you your deposit unless ask for it. 15 minutes walk to malls. No ice machine, have to get it at restaurant 1st floor. Air-conditioning is window unit so a bit noisy. Staff were courteous. Beautiful scenery of lake, pool neighborhood homes. "This is the worst hotel, first the location you have to spend atleast 300-400 php if you wanna go to the city or just down the road to sm city.
