A new clean and well run Hotel. It is has a nice small pool Jacuzzi and gym too. The restaurant is OK. This is the best hotel in that area that I have found.

Great property for the area. Clean and comfortable. Has the only restaurant for many miles and it's near a market and gas station. Just beware there is a train track nearby with constant noise from passing freight trains. Earplugs are provided at front desk.

Comfortable, great staff & I was happily surprised my room had both microwave & fridge. Bed was super comfortable. Restaurant had many options & stew was very good. Store had the hiking pole I needed. Was very glad I stayed here!

We stayed here the night before our Havasu Falls hike. They had ear plugs for the train that passes by very frequently. We didn't hear a thing with them. The restaurant had very tasty food. The service was great. It was clean and comfortable. would stay here again.

Clean and functional room. We arrived late and waited a little bit for the front-desk staff to show up - a call-bell may have helped. The check-in process was quick and the staff was helpful and the next day the staff were friendly and helpful when we were leaving early.

Stayed the night before going to Havasupai - only about 10-15 minutes from lodge check-in for our permits. Happy there was dining on site and good location for getting to the trailhead (a little more than an hour away). Nice and quiet.

This is a basic hotel but I will say the food at the restaurant was really good. Room was very clean and bed was pretty comfy. Would stay again.

Nice but noisy

Room was clean and updated. Staff were attentive and friendly. The only complaint would be the constant noise that comes from both the passing trains and other guests in the hallways. The walls are thin and the doors slam shut. Lots of hikers/campers coming and going at all hours of the night. They have a huge bucket of earplugs at check-in for a reason. I would suggest eating at the restaurant attached to the hotel. It was yummy and the fry bread desserts hit the spot

Great spot to overnight

This was the perfect spot to stay before heading to Havasupai. We enjoyed the restaurant and had a very comfortable stay! There are train tracks just behind the hotel but it didn’t really bother us - if you are a light sleeper they do offer foam earplugs at the front desk
