"Stayed here for 3 nights and only gave us 4 towels (mind you, we’re 4 guests). When I asked one of the staff for more towels they said that 4 towels is the max they give out. I had to insist more for them to finally compromise on 2 extra towels ( they never gave it to us).
In one of those nights we got lock out of the property because the lock was malfunctioning, had to call the staff at 12am.
