“I booked this hotel for a stay near my grandkids. I ended up with a medical emergency and tried to contact the property several times prior to check in with no response through expedia. Because I couldn't be there, I told my daughter, who is over the age needed to check in, to just go and take my grandsons and swim, use the room. “The reception staff when we checked in was not friendly and didn’t welcome us or explain any of the amenities. Our bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Also the tv did not work, couldn’t get channels on at all. The shower had low water pressure. Then after a rough night of sleep with the hard bed and hearing a guy snoring in the room behind our bed, the breakfast was nothing much. They had cereal, toast, yogurt and cups of fruit was all. I would not ever stay here again!”
