"Myself and wove have stayed at this hotel for a number of years and have found it a little gem , it is in a good location in banjara hills and feels safe and central, general stores are 1 km and a supermarket is 3 kn away the malls and shops are 0.5-1km away, after staying here this year sep 23-25 we are very disappointed in the hotel when we arrived the welcome was not there our room was ok but the air con leaked the internal phone did not work and the plug for the heating pad for the kettle did not fit in the socket after a few complaints we were moved to another room although this done rather begrudgingly by the staff, the biggest gripe I have is we paid for the room through Expedia but the hotel still charged us when we bought it to the staffs attention it was a case of phone for uk customer services and sort it out yourself a rather poor attitude considering it is their mistake but shows the attitude towards customers I have a Indian wife so all complaints were explained fully and clearly if you are non Indian language speaker your frustrations will undoubtably double. It’s very sad when high standards fall your regular hotel choice offers comfort and security unfortunately this hotel no longer offers that standard ."

"We had a nice, relaxing stay of 3 nights and 4 days at the Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre. It is located right across the Hussain Sagar Lake. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is excellent. We enjoyed the spa services and the breakfast buffet. Overall, a great experience!"

"I been to this hotel and others in HYD many times over the last 20 years and even though now there are many fine hotels in Hyderabad the ITC Kakatiya is exceptional. Their overall quality, service, amenities, food, and water are if the highest quality. Given these if you want a luxury tourist hotel in HYD their price is very reasonable.Given HYD traffic they are reasonably close to the city center if your are touring Hyderabad. And overall not too far from HITEC city, although there are good hotels in HITEC City, too"
