The staff is friendly and helpful, the decor of the room was lovely, and the views are amazing. When I visit the hacienda I'm looking foward to walk around the coffe plants, and birdwatch. "Clean room, nice pool and heated. I didn't like that the room door was glass and the light came thru the door andit was hard to sleep with so much brightness. I would suggest changing the door for a solid metal door. "

"This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. "
