Before going I was worried about the bugs, temperature, and the sound of the coqui. There were hardly any bugs, the temperature was beautiful, in the high 60s at night (in April), and the sound of the coqui helped me to sleep. “The whole master bathroom was flooded from the toilet with a very strong sewer smell. The bedrooms where in very bad conditions. The sliding doors almost impossible to open. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. ”

“This was a perfect location to stay if you are doing a bioluminescence bay tour- walking distance! Condo had everything we needed and was perfect. Owner was highly responsive and even allowed for an easy early check in. The only complaint we had was the local neighborhood rooster who woke us up starting at 3:30AM. “If you are looking to stay somewhere on a budget with an amazing location that also has a restaurant and a beach literally right in front of the property. This is a great spot. I know some reviews complained that it’s an older hotel but it is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in my entire trip. We had really comfortable beds and a really nice bathroom.
