Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
I booked a stay at this hotel, but when I arrived, there was no one available to check me in. I had to knock on doors and ask other guests if they had a contact number for the reception. When the receptionist finally arrived, I was told all the rooms were occupied, and my booking was transferred to another hotel. I was informed that I'd have to move back to the original hotel the next night. I requested to cancel the second night and get a refund but haven't heard back yet. I ended up checking out early because other guests were complaining about the noise from birds in the morning. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
