The condo was not as advertised. Was not directly on the beach. Parking was almost impossible. The condo toilet leaked around the base. The handles on the kitchen cabinets kept falling off. The wifi did not work. It was advertised as having 3 tvs, but only 2. Very unsatisfactory.

The property was beautiful, we stay in room 604 sandpiper. Looks like they needed to fire the cleaning company for the condo. The handle was broken on the freezer and dust everywhere.

Room has been the nastiest ive ever stayed at ! Messaged the property and never answered back i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Sliding door was broke never fixed it

Furniture was outdated and dirty. Stove didn’t work properly. Pots and pans were old and dented and hard to use. Two front bedrooms were hot with not airflow. During a rain storm water flowed into the condo and all the way to the kitchen. Had to use towels all over the floor. Dishwasher didn’t work. Cigarette butts on patio even though suppose to be a smoke free property. Felt springs in beds. Hot tubs on property didn’t work. I’m normally not one to complain but there were just to many things that were not right for a property averaging $475 a night. I’m completely dissatisfied and upset that my daughter went home 2 days early because she could sleep in the hot rooms.

STAY AWAY

First day I arrived we realized the sofa bed didn’t work which they had to fix, the dishes and fridge were extremely dirty, the apartment is very worn. The microwave didn’t work so they had to replace it after a few days. The electrical outlets in the guest bathroom didn’t work at all so they had to send an Electrition out. I payed 630 a night and when I called them they offered me a free night but I just found out out of the 630 I only get back 450 because the “fees” aren’t included in the refund. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Not Clean

The booking of the location was friendly; however the unit itself was not up to par. The condo smelt of mold and was noticeable on the majority of window seals. The kitchen sink was filled with dirty water for some reason and there were hairs scattered about the condo especially in the bathroom and shower. I took a quick shower after arriving but the smell of mold was overpowering and we decided to just head on home instead of staying the night. We will not be booking this place again.

None of the information said the resort was on the bay side and not the beach side. Very misleading!!! Didn’t like that there was a fee of over $300 and housekeeping wasn’t included. Nor did we have enough towels not to have to do laundry every day. Not enough toilet paper or garbage bags. What was the fee for?????? $1136 for 4 nights. It’s not like I got a great deal and should have to buy those things

We arrived late at night and could not check in and pretty much every number we called could not help us! There were zero notices or instructions. We finally called Expedia and they found someone. Also there were zero instructions on check out. The resort it’s self was great. Super family friendly and u can walk everywhere.

DON’T STAY TILL THEY UPGRADE OR THE CITY DOES!!!

ARRIVED AND HERE WERE ALL THE ISSUES -SMOKE DETECTOR BATTERIES WERE EXPIRED AND BEEPING ...FIXED THE NEXT DAY BUT WAS TOLD TO REMOVE THEM BEFORE THEN!!!??? BUILDING NOT WIRED TO AN ALARM COMPANY BECAUSE THE DEAD BATTERIES WOULD HAVE SENT A TROUBLE ALARM TO THE MONITORING COMPANY...SO IMAGINE THEY HAVE ME REMOVE EXPIRED SMOKE DETECTORS IN A VERY LARGE CONDO BUILDING THAT IS NOT MONITORED BY AN ALARM COMPANY!!! -TOILET CLOGGED -NOISY REFRIGERATOR ENGINE NEVER REPLACED -BROKEN BROOM STICKS USED FOR PROTECTION IN THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS -NO WIRED PHONES TO CALL 911...HAVE TO HAVE YOUR CELL CHARGED AND NEAR YOU IF AN EMERGENCY SO I TOLD THEM I WOULD NEVER BE BACK BECAUSE MY EDERLY MOM NEVER HAS HER CELLPHONE CHARGED AND CAN’T TEXT NOW...SO FORGET IT IF AN EMERGENCY HAPPENS!!! PLUS, WIFI CAN’T BE TRUSTED IN AN EMERGENCY ESPECIALLY IF A FIRE HAPPENED!!!

The lazy river was closed from 2/12 until 2/19 and we were not aware until we showed up at the property. That could've been something they told us before we arrived. We specifically picked this place because of the pools and lazy river.

Comfortable place for a dance competition

The condo was very nice, clean and a perfect amount of space for what we needed. The owners are super nice and go out of their way to help. We were in town for a dance competition.

The view was beautiful, ours had 7 pools and a lazy river, we went in November, weather was a little cool but three pools on the bayside was heated. The bay side of the property was far more beautiful than the gulf side.

An awesome place to stay!

I stayed here a couple weeks after hurricane Michael. The management company was very courteous and professional. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing, it has a lazy river and beach access is awesome. This is one of my favorite places to stay in the Destin area.

Excellent stay

The complex was fantastic. The three bedroom was perfect for me, my spouse, our three little boys, and my elderly in-laws. The kids loved the lazy river and the pools, not to mention the easy walk to the beach. The beds could be a bit more comfortable but that is just being nitpicky.

Very disappointed.

Broken furniture, uncomfortable beds, broken inflatable mattresses, coffee table collapsed and we had to repair, remotes didn't work 100 percent, batteries on remotes dead and to top it off there is a hole in the master bath from water damage from which roaches enter the condo. The only thing we liked about our time there was the outside amenities. the lazy river and pools were great but could not recommend and will never rebook. We reported all this to the management company and never received so much as an apology. thanks for nothing.
