Staff was very friendly. No blow dryer in the room. Water ran out when you open the door to get in. Thin towels. However, they take dogs!!! Thank you for that and that's why I stayed with you .

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE.

This place had to be the dirtiest, nastiest place we have EVER stayed. There was even mold growing inside the bathroom and on the walls. Health dept needs to get involved as not safe!!! Had I been able to get a reservation somewhere else on such short notice we would have moved, but could not. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE.

The lady at the front desk is awesome and an amazing employee for this hotel even working a double long shift hours she still has a smile on her face and I applaud that when I walked in she already had my cards ready and everything organized to where I didn't have to wait I could just get it and go very good customer service put it that way

Disgusting

This place is disgusting and the staff are even worse. There was mold in the bathroom and on the walls in the room. It was so humid and damp that our clothes were damp and wet from just sitting in an open suitcase. The floor wasn’t vacuumed or mopped, the tv didn’t work, they would only give us 2 bath towels for 3 adults and one child for a 2 night stay. When I asked for more they argued but finally gave me some hand towels. Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed in my life.

DISGUSTING!!!!!

This is the most disgusting hotel i have ever. My wife and I went into the hotel and it looked like someone just wrecked the place. We went into our room and it had a bad smell my wife checked between the mattress and box spring and found evidence of bed bug infestation. We tried to get a refund for the room and they said they found nothing in the room. Poor service!!! We ended up getting a room at another hotel. Do not stay here

The room they put me in was absolutely filthy there was what looked like vomit on the floor and the sheets were unwashed and filthy not to mention the bathroom was basically just duct taped together. 0/10 would not recommend the photos are a straight up lie.

Staff was nice... Rooms were run down and floors were constantly moist, so.ot was slippery no matter how warm or cool we made the room. Kind of an ominous atmosphere. Dingy and musky. Needs major updating and cleaning. It was a kind of scary atmosphere. I.would not stau here again after seeing it in person.

It's 1 of the cheaper options & not too far of a drive to Pensacola Beach. It's usually very quiet & no one bothers you BUT The rooms all have mold & need to be seriously cleaned. The springs in mattresses can be felt as soon as you lie down & the pillows are super thin. Your back & neck will be hurting while you're there.

Don’t waste your money!!!

The door hinges are loose making it hard to get in. The phone doesn’t work I couldn’t call the front desk as to how to work the tv had to get a second remote. The floor was so dirty I had to wash my feet just put on my socks. VERY noisy. There were cats on the 3rd floor. VERY over priced!!!

The place was absolutely disgusting. We pull in the parking lot and there were police there. Not sure what was happening but it was unsettling. When I walked in the lobby the smell of mildew and pot was so strong I literally had to walk back out. The worse part was there was no readings and I had paid 240.00 for the night. We stepped out of the elevator and the smell was worse. The walls were cracked in the Galway and badly discolored. The carpet was so stained I could tell what it color it was. Once we stepping into the room the smell was again like mold. I walked into the bathroom and there was black mold on the ceiling -and the shower head was broken and shooting water out of the side. The walls behind the bed was stained with I don’t want to think about what. This was one of the nastiest places I have ever stayed. I would love for this company to contact me. We were because my mother is dying. We got to the hotel at 12:00 at night and checked out at 7:00.

This hotel is used by local people to rent a room for partying over night. Screaming, yelling, throwing furniture, fights, etc. Everybody knew everybody so it’s a regular occurrence.

it was not all that. they never came and gave us room service we were there three days it has sticky stuff all over the phone and desk mildew everywhere the pool was closed so we couldn't swim at the convenience of the hotel we had to wait till we went to the beach couldn't even get clean sheets to do our own beds they kept saying it was washing every time barely had towels available and he had a lot of stragglers hanging in front of the hotel and in the back of the hotel they were either just there or out there smoking will never go back there and the rating on Google is a two star so you do the math ....
