The stay was great. We went to a concert and after we went to the restaurant in the hotel, not knowing it was supposed to close at 10 pm. They stayed open when the people from the concert decided to fill the restaurant. What great service

The room was perfect but we reserved through open table 8 weeks ago and when we got there we were told no reservation at all and told they could not accommodate us at all , not happy with palmers solution of going elsewhere, we ended up at hooded mergenser where they k were able to sit us

Nothing negative to say at all, as it was a great stay attending a concert. We were very impressed with the Palmer restaurant staff & management dealing with the crowd arriving late after the concert, as they handled the onslaught very professionally by also mobilizing extra help quickly to make sure they had happy customers upon leaving after a fantastic dinner!

This is a beautiful new hotel…very friendly staff and only a hop, skip and a jump from the SOEC centre for events!!! Will definitely stay here again! 😁

The hotel applied an extra charge on my credit card 3 days after checkout. When I contacted the hotel to ask what the charge was for the front desk could not advise what the charge was for. The front desk could not find the extra charge on my credit card. I asked that the manager call me the following day to address the issue with me, After three business days with no contact from the manager, I telephoned the manager directly and left a message with all the details I had regarding the extra charge and asking that individual to contact me directly. The manager has never responded to my message. Finally I resorted to disputing the charge with Master card who have addressed the issue with the hotel. The room was very plain for the money paid, there was no extra blanket in the room and only two paper cups for the coffee maker. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Up to date amenities. Conveniently located close to Okanagan lake. Spacious washroom. Would have liked to see a full size bathtub, but still appreciated the up to date shower stocked with fresh quality shampoo and conditioner.

Stayed one night with family, nice clean new poperty. Check in/check out was easy. We didn't had much encountered with the staff other than reception ladies... both of them were friendly. Couple of points to notice, they do not have breakfast options in the hotel or in room dining service, which wasn't an issue for us as we had vehicle to go out and eat. Also, bring your own toiletries and slippers, none were provdied in the room. It was a little cooler in our room despite having the heat on, as they have a HVAC unit, which blows cooler air even with having our room setting at heat. Room temperature was maintained by the thermostat to what we had set to, despite that we still felt the cooler air from the unit very uncomfortable.
