The porter met us at the door to help with luggage. Check in was fast. The receptionist is knowledgeable with sightseeing. Breakfast is amazing. "The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. They gave us a free room upgrade, and the new room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. They provided free water bottles and coffee/microwave use, extra toiletries, and anything we could need. They also were very helpful in answering our questions and recommending things to do. The only we problem we had was with contacting them after hours, when our key card stopped working and locked us out of the building. "
