The hotel is very clean and luxury. The view is amazing. Next to the water. Staff are very lovely and friendly. The breakfast is average. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Rooms were small so there wasn’t enough room for more than a few nights stay. It would have been useful to have a coffee machine in the room as breakfast wasn’t served until 8am and none of the coffee to go shops opened until 8am either.

We had a truly delightful stay at Heritage Lion Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, especially by Ms. Samandıra, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to her sincere approach and support, our experience was even more enjoyable. The hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards were also excellent, which made us feel very comfortable. A beautiful small hotel perfectly situated within Perast. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly, polite and faultlessly helpful. They are able to provide great local recommendations. Breakfast is at the neighbouring hotel and is very simple, and you get to eat it on the terrace right next to the water looking out over Kotor Bay. They sea view rooms deliver a stunning view out to the two islands in the bay. Rooms are very well provisioned and the mini bar rosé is a local delight.

Friendly service. Property itself is 3 stars.

Friendly, boutique property where front desk staff wear different hats. The pick-up and drop off from parking lot were fast and efficient. Overall, the staff were helpful with answering questions about tourist sites and they were very good with responding to inquiries promptly over WhatsApp and email ahead of the stay. The room, however, was very standard. I felt the property was quiet at night, which is good. Property was well-kept but if you're looking for anything fancy, this probably isn't it.

The hotel has outstanding architecture, beautiful interior design details, and was very clean. The staff were also wonderful! They picked us up from the parking area with a cool electric cart (as Perast is a no-car town), and they were so kind, welcoming, and helpful the whole time! In the evening, my partner realized she needed something from the store and there were only four minutes until it closed; she ran outside. At the reception, Sandra ran after her and insisted she hop into the shuttle cart; they made it just in time. My partner was so surprised and grateful that she went out of her way to help. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and it looked like it had been recently renovated. It was also lovely to have breakfast right by the water, in one of the nicest spots in Perast. One small detail I would recommend is to include complimentary water; this is something many hotels don't offer, but it makes a difference. And as Heritage Hotel Leon Coronato is so close to perfect, it might as well take the crown.

Absolutely adorable location and hotel. The town itself gets busy during the day with more and more tours arriving, but as long as you discover the town in the morning and afternoon, and spend the day in Kotor or elsewhere, you’ll avoid the crowd and love this hotel.

Jelena is the hotel attendant and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel is quiet and the setting is beautiful. Rooms are nice and staff was friendly. The breakfast at the Hotel Conte is a buffet and the seats along the waterfront have a wonderful view. If you are looking for an intimate experience and enjoy a small village feel, the Hotel Leon is perfect. Day cruisers do invade for few hours but once they leave Perast it is quaint and quiet. Great restaurants (we loved Eho) to choose from from local food to more adventurous offerings. Parking is limited if you are driving although once you find a spot the hotel will bring a golf cart for your bags. No cars allowed in Perast unless you are a resident. In high season it would be very challenging. October parking is free. The value is great and Perast is a beautiful place. Close enough to Kotor yet much less busy. Bus stops by parking lot which is a quick ride to Kotor. Loved our stay!

The hotel is centrally located in Perast. It is a small owner-managed hotel with family character. A beautiful building, a very nice interior design and very spacious nicely and modernly furnished rooms/apartments. The rooms are technically up to date, so you can specify electronically if you do not want to be disturbed. The rooms contain a mini-bar with drinks. Satellite TV with programs from different countries in several languages. Spacious closets that provide plenty of space for clothes and luggage. The rooms are excellent to darken. They are very quiet. Bathrooms are very spacious with ground level shower - rain shower. Depending on the room choice, there is a desk and a sofa corner. The beds are good - not too hard, not too soft. The staff is very friendly, courteous and customer-oriented. They take care of everything the guest wants and find a solution, even if it is not part of the hotel's standard service. They go the extra-mile. The hotel also offers a fitness room, which is well equipped. A transfer from/to the airport can be booked individually. Breakfast is served next door in the restaurant Dardin, which belongs to the brother of the owner of the hotel. I will write another review for this. The location is top. Only a few steps to the promenade/shore. Absolutly recommended.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend . Absolut freundliches Personal, besonders die beiden Damen am Empfang. Das Frühstück im Nachbarhotel Conte direkt am Meer einzunehmen war top. Das Zimmer im EG kann ich nicht empfehlen. Durch das Fenster zum Hof/Fußweg ist es von außen einsehbar.

Der beste Ort zum Übernachten in Perast !

Alles sehr unkompliziert. Sehr guter Service, hilfsbereites Personal. Ganz zentral an der Kirche und bei den Booten zu den Inseln ! Sehr gut renovierter alter Palast - neu / alt ganz hervorragend und funktionell, sehr modern insgesamt ! Mäßiges Frühstück, aber am See mit Blick. Abholung vom Parkplatz klappt mit dem Elektromobil super und schnell. In der Nachsaison gutes Preis - Leistungs - Verhältnis. Sehr empfehlenswert !

Perast ist eine wunderschönes kleines Dorf in der Bucht von Kotor. Man benötigt genügend Zeit für die An- und Abreise, da die Elektro-Shuttles jeweils stark ausgelastet sind.

Fantastisk service

Dagen innan vi anlände så fick vi ett Mail med info om att bilar är förbjudna i staden, men att vi skulle bli upphämtade med Golfbil vid avstängningen. Från att vi kom till att vi åkte hem så har hotellet varit magiskt! Servicen har varit fantastisk och allt har verkligen varit Lyxigt! Vi kommer verkligen tillbaka!

L'hôtel est dans un état neuf, et les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le petit dejeuner est assez simple, point negatif, il n'y a d expresso, mais du café soluble. Il n y a pas de parcking sur place, mais une option de parcking a l'entrée de la ville au prix de 15 euros par jour.
