"Anyone coming to Melaka must stay in this hotel. Might be bit over budget for individuals but worth every penny. Don't forget to go visit swimming pool. Great staff. Overall an amazing experience. Cheers to Hatten Hotel. "

"Room was clean and large, staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating. It’s close enough to walk to the heritage areas and jonker walk in approx 10-15 mins and then escape back to peace and quiet away from bustle and traffic. When I had a wait between check out and my bus departure, staff generously offered me 2 extra hours use of my room for free without even asking for it. The pool is clean and peaceful, although there were no umbrellas or shade which would have been nice to sit back and read a book after a swim. "

"Hotel is lovely. Up to standard, but front staff need better English skills. It was a guess that they understood what you wanted. Very friendly with it. Biggest problem is the traffic noise from loud motorbikes well into the night as they race around the roads out front of the hotel. If you want to sleep before 2am ask for a room away from the front street."
