Worst hotel in Malaysia
Room did not have a window, was damp and smelling, bathroom was dirty, all fixtures broken, ac leaking water. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I’m genuinely confused how this hotel maintains a 4–5 star rating because our experience did not match that standard.
