“I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming.
