“적은 부티크 호텔로 너무나도 예쁘게 잘 꾸며져 있었습니다. EARLY CHECK IN 과 공항 택시 연결이 너무 좋았고 특별히 프론트 여직원(이름 기억이 안남) 이 너무나 친절하게 안내해 주어서 기분이 좋았습니다 아침도 조식도 훌륭했습니다 다만 룸이 좀 추웠습니다 쿠스코에서 비교적 고지대에 위치해 호텔에 올라갈 때 좀 힘이 들었습니다”

“El estilo novo hispano de la propiedad y su conservación hace que el lugar sea hermoso, la calidad del personal del hotel y restaurante es excelente, la comodidad de la cama y lo espaciosa en la habitación es perfecta. El desayuno es muy rico, el personal está al pendiente todo el tiempo, y hay servicio de té las 24 horas, muy útil para el frío y mal de altura.”

“This hotel is far from the main street, no shops around. They don't have luxurious suites. But still, I think five stars are not enough for them. I was so happy with my stay, and my only complain here is that they set up my standard of hotel front staffs so high, that I would not be easily satisfied later on. When I come back to this hotel, staffs always greets me and ask how my day was, and what do I need for next day, like boxed meals, taxi reservation, morning call for early tour, and so on....

“방이 넓고 전망이 좋았습니다. 터미널과 역도 가까웠습니다. 스텝들도 친절합니다. 아침도 맛있었습니다. 마사지도 좋았습니다. 방음이 잘 안되는듯요~ 복도소리랑 위층소리가 들렸습니다. 와이파이가 자꾸 끊어졌어요. 전체적으로 아주 좋았어요 ”
