โThe hotel is in a fantastic location right in the heart of Cardiff.
The staff our lovely from the reception staff to the bar and restaurant staff, everyone was so helpful and kind.
Breakfast was top notch and the hotel has an amazing view of the city. โ
โA very enjoyable stay. Room clean, basic & all mod cons. A fan in the room proved invaluable in the hot weather. Had lunch & a drink in the pub below. Very friendly. Didn't hear any noise at night but was on the top floor. Great location & anly a 20 minute walk to Cardiff city centre. Would definitely stay here again. โ
โThe hotel isn't sound proof at all. It's a hotel made out of a large house. While i was staying, it sounded like the guys next door were in my room because i could hear their every step and chat and felt really insecure because of that. The bathroom and toilet are shared which i didn't expect at all. At least they are kept clean and there's daily cleaning service. The room had a basin. There was no shower gaun though towels were provided. They had good heating on.โ
โGreat short stay in Cardiff. Rather more expensive than we usually can afford but the apartment has everything we needed. 25 minute walk to the city centre. Lovely breakfast buffet and friendly staff โ
โHigh quality stay, food was good, service was excellent, staff were fantastic we had an issue with the electrics going off but that was resolved in 5 minutes no problem, room was brilliant the only thing missing in the room I would say was a mini fridge for personal use would be good but everything else was perfect. โ
โVery close to the train station. Lot of pubs around. The check-in was quick. The palace was spacious and clean. The breakfast was basic. Overall a good option for the price. โ
โFabulous room nice and clean tidy, beautiful bathroom and the bed was so comfy it felt like sleeping on clouds! Towels provided are nice and large and enough provided.
The staff are so friendly and welcoming always had a smile on their face, always said hello. Check-in was so easy and checkout also. The atmosphere in the evening at the hotel bar was fabulous and again staff are so friendly and attentive. Definitely will be staying again Thank you. โ
