The surrounding areas are beautiful and perfect for hiking or touring around by car as I did. "Challenge to find the hotel outside of Petropolis especially at night. The roads twist and turn so it became a challenge to see the hotel sign. The entrance driveway was steep but exciting. However, once we arrived, we were greeted warmly and escorted to our comfortable suite. Amazed by all the original art work on display throughout the hotel.
