Viajei com amigos e na recepção fomos surpreendidos com a noticia de que a reserva da minha amiga não constava no sistema. Ficamos quase 2 horas esperando solução quando finalmente nos coloraram em quartos na ala 200 em cima do restaurante. A impressão que tive é que os piores quartos são disponibilizados para venda em site como Hotels.com. Banheiro sujo, o quarto estava aparentemente limpo mas os cobertores duros!!! A comida até que não era ruim, a área externa do hotel bem cuidada mas a interna dava para ver o abandono e falta de manutenção e principalmente limpeza. Vi algumas avaliações e na maioria os elogios eram para a equipe de animação e garçons e realmente todos foram super atenciosos com exceção da recepção que ao meu ver é o cartão de visita do hotel e não tivemos o atendimento esperado, não responsabilizo as funcionarias e sim a falta de capacitação para atendimento. O que me chamou atenção tb foi a proprietária que esteva no restaurante todos os dias e em momento algum a vi conversando com hospedes, todas as vezes que aparecia era para chamar atenção de algum funcionário mas a simpatia dela foi zero!!!! Reforço aqui a simpatia da equipe de animação e a festa junina (agostina) foi maravilhosa. Bom minha avaliação não é boa, não recomendo e não voltarei!!!!
