"The room was clean, air-conditioned, and wonderfully decorated. We had a delicious dinner at the property. Access to old town was right out of the hotel door. The hotel staff was very helpful."

"Our room at the castle was very nice and the spa facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations. "

"Arrived and no one there…key on desk, make your self at home! Larger hotel in country along highway, definitely off-season. Very gracious family run operation. Very clean for maybe mid-1970s (?) build. Three stories with elevator. Rooms are spacious with updated fixtures. Very good, full continental breakfast. Large yard in back with playground for the children. Only negatives were the restaurant was closed so had to go to the next town for dinner and couldn’t find working hallway/stair light...
