“Such a beautiful location, postcard worthy. Would have loved more than one night in this location. We took the sleeper bus from HCMC to Mui ne and a private taxi from the bus station.
What an experience.
Bed was so comfortable we all slept for about 13 hours, room was incredible, fresh.
Friendly, helpful staff understood i had to check out quickly and helped us.

There was a small incident I experienced. I was in the club lounge and asked a staff if I could reserve a table for the Christmas eve buffet dinner. She told me, ‘no reservations are required’ However, when I went to the restaurant the next day, I was denied entry because I was told I didn’t have a reservation. I felt disappointed and asked if I could make a reservation at that moment, but reception told me it was already fully booked.
Feeling frustrated and I tried to look for senior-level and 1 female supervisor (I guess) listened to my concerns and later sooner She took care of the issue, and thanks to her, I was eventually able to enjoy the Christmas dinner with my family. (I saw her was singing X mas songs in the Choir) "
