Dishonest. Rude. Unbothered.
We booked the hotel after looking at room and resort amenities listed on hotels.com. Listed amenities mentioned a 18 sq feet room with a balcony/patio. To our shock, it was a tiny room with no space to even open our luggage.
We went to the reception to share the details that we were promised. Instead of listening to us and understanding they said that they do not deal with hotels.com. They said they got the booking from Expedia for a 'bungalow' category that doesn't come with a balcony/ patio. Even though that shouldn't have been our concern, we opened the Expedia page that showed exactly same room amenities as the hotels.com page. The staff then called up their manager, had a quick chat and came back to us saying that the info on both sites is a mistake and we can't help you about it.
They were absolutely unbothered about us and made absolutely no attempts to make up for their dishonest service.
Even when we arrived at the resort, nobody helped us with our luggage to the room. Overall the service and staff were horrible and completely spoiled our mood.
Also, if you are booking the property for its private beach please look at other options.
