A true hot sheets hotel. Thin, see through sheets. Shining-esque hallways. Old. Threadbare and embarrassingly small towels. TV cracked and literally padlocked to wall. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Do not be deceived by photos. It is a dump.

It was quiet and the staff were very friendly and negotiable but i stayed in two different rooms at this location and neither room had any kind of heat source (no base bored heat) (no multi functional window unit) had to buy a small plug in floor heater from a thrift store in order to endure the stay

It is obvious that the buildings are older, but they are clean! Oscar, the front end person, could not have been more helpful and nice. The back parking lot is dark which makes it a little scary to walk to your room at night.

Renovations being done on property

Also ask front desk if there is a private party at the Monaco club attached in front. A very festive party went on with techno music until the wee hours of the morning. My wife and I sleep hard so it didn’t bother us. If you’re a light sleeper, better ask first. Also bathroom was rehabbed and it was BEAUTIFUL. Front part of the room was not. Bed was comfortable and clean, coffee maker and micro in room. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in was smooth the clerk was very nice and friendly. The room was a disaster - it was dark when I got there and while it looked very worn I thought I could look over and avoid the scuffed walls for the extent of the 3 night stay. The more I looked around the worse it looked and come morning with the full light the splatter of some sort of matter from floor to ceiling was apparent and all the other filth. I took some photos incase I needed to plead my case and packed up heading downstairs to request the rest of my stay canceled. They obliged very few questions asked and I tried to explain the stay was nice and quiet but that room was a disaster and neglected. I tried to add pictures to the review but the option was erring.

We had a great time, everything was great! We loved the jacuzzi only thing was the water temperature would go cold really quick so we couldn’t fill it all the way up. The first few minutes of our stay began a little stressful tho due to an older white man staying a couple rooms next to us that was angry for some reason at someone and we could hear him screaming racial slurs for over 30 minutes, as well as aggressively slamming stuff. Not the properties fault, but it was very loud and disruptive and gross. Made the beginning of our stay a little uncomfortable since my partner isn’t white, it felt a little threatening. Again, not the properties fault whatsoever i just hope in the future if they hear something like this again to address it. Other than that though everything was great.

Only stayed there since my friend had a wedding at the venue. I didn’t ever read the reviews prior of booking the room. Upon entering the room the smell tells you all about it right away. I ended up throwing away many of my personal items since everything smelled like cigarettes and some old smell. Had to wash all my clothes as well. Luckily we did not had bedbugs but would not surprise if other rooms have. This hotel (which is really a motel) needs a big renovation. I would better pay extra $50 and stay at Hilton near or somewhere else.
