Excellent Home 2 Suites by Hilton Hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance to Chinatown, Philadelphia City Hall and the Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The hotel sits across from Reading Terminal Market and next to the Philadelphia Convention Center. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Really comfortable beds.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable with decent amenities. The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had with good choices. Only feedback was on layout with sliding doors for eggs and bacon making it hard for more than one person to get food at a time. But good food quality.

I wish I could have stayed longer. It was affordable, the staff was friendly and I had no issues with cleanliness. The hotel is close to the bus stop and train station. If you choose not to eat in the dining area you can always walk across the street to the Reading Terminal. Pretty much everything is n walking distance. I look forward to staying for my next trip.

The hotel room was good, a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for food, being right across the street from the food market. Was easy to get around to do things in Philly as well. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

Excellent breakfast in the morning. Rooms were clean. Smelled a little moldy and the air conditioner made an annoying sound but other than that it was great! Great location, friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again.

Location is great! Front Desk Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was convenient and kitchen staff happy to assist and answer questions. Room was well stocked. Pretty clean, although we did find someone's lost sock on the ground under the counter. Only negative was the lack of towel bars in the bathroom.

Everything was great except we were there for a warm weekend and there was no air conditioning in the lobby or elevators. I really felt for the staff that had to endure that all day. Also, if the elevators broke, you would have been roasting

We had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Convention Center. When my daughter was unwell, the staff went above and beyond to help us. They kindly provided her with food and even offered to take her to a nearby CVS to help us get what she needed. Their genuine care, kindness and willingness to assist meant a great deal to us, especially as we were away from home. Truly exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended.

My family and I have traveled a great deal in the past few years and we always choose to stay at a Home 2 Suites. It has breakfast in the morning so one meal I don’t have to think about. It has the option to cook in your room with an almost full size refrigerator. Plus in the previous ones we have stayed on the beds were mostly comfortable, even the pull out couch bed. However, out generally good experience ended at this Home 2 Suites in Philadelphia. The beds are so rock
