"This was the first time I stayed there but will not be my last the room was spotless. The staff were so kind and friendly went out of there way to make sure you have a great stay the bar had any thing you wanted and the food was great best steak I have had in a long time "

"I have stayed at this hotel before and was told we could use the pool at the Delta. When checking in on this trip, we saw a group of girls leaving the lobby to go outside in the swim suits. I asked if there is a pool we can use. The clerk looked shifty eyed and said no. We later saw those girls outside and asked if they were allowed to use the Delta pool and they said yes. So it seems only some guests are allowed to go next door to use their pool. 2 ladies with 4 kids were not allowed to go though and were lied to. The elevator smelled like cigarette smoke constantly, the lobby had an overall weird smell and the sink in the ensuite would not drain. Overall the room itself was good and clean and the kids had a good stay, but the service was poor considering we watched other people go use the pool at the same moment I asked if there was a pool we could use. There was also very little parking available. "

"Staff Slamming doors on the main floor very early in the mornings both times I've stayed here. Jacuzzi tub was draining and not holding water. Not worth the upgrade. Restaurant is great. Come for the food but stay somewhere else!"

"Room temperature easy to regulate Public area and rooms kept clean frequently saw cleaning staff doing a great job. Pool area lots of fun for kids Front desk personnel always kind and accommodating "

"We booked a room with a king bed and when we got to the motel, they said they didn't have a pet friendly room with a king bed. So they put us in a room with two double beds so my partner and I slept separate which kind of sucked. The neighbouring room had a dog that barked for hours straight and the front desk didn't do anything about it. I asked for a different room but they offered a room that was just on the other side of the barking dog. We ended up checking out a day early because we couldn't stand the barking dog anymore. Super frustrating that staff didnt even try to talk to the neighbouring people about the dog. "
