We had both a double room on the first floor and a balcony room on second floor in our party, and we much preferred the first floor. It’s more spacious, better laid out, and has high ceilings. “This hotel is only a year old and is in excellent condition. The room was clean and modern as was the rest of the hotel. It does have pool and, although I did not use it, it looks like it is maintained. The location is only a 5-10 minute walk from the river and all of the restaurants which is nice.
