Low cost, nice area

This hotel is in a great location and has one guy at the front desk who is extremely helpful. However, I had to get a room change because the room didn’t have windows and it smelled like smoke. The new room wasn’t that clean especially the bathroom. The shower curtain was old and dirty and walls were smudged. There was also hair on the floor. It was great being so close to the night market and such great restaurants but I personally won’t stay here again.

I loved the quality and the style of the doorsLe Vincent is the Crown Jewel of the neighborhood, so any negative comments will apply to neighboring businesses: a. Garbage dumpsters too close to entrance. b. Samsung store gave poor service. c. Some of the street vendors don't give clear information about pricing.

Terrível. Não localizaram minha reserva. Fiquei horas esperando a situação ser resolvida. Minha esposa ficou nervosa pela demora na solução da situação e deixou cair uma sacola com uma garrafa de 10 dólares. Ninguém do hotel ajudou a limpar. O quarto tinha chuveiro com a água totalmente fria, não tinha um copo a ser fornecido para tomar água e nem secador de cabelos. Sinto vergonha por ser cliente da Hotel.com por tanto tempo e um estabelecimento com o Le Vicent Hotel ser oferecido como opção de hospedagem. Terrível experiência.

The place was fine. It's what's to be expected for the price range. The staff was a little pushy on tipping (everyday) and bringing them food whenever you would eat... Don't ask for anything and they won't be quite as aggressive for tips.

Ok, but could be better

Room is quite outdated and we had a problem with AC. It was working but couldn't cool down the room we put it on 16°C but nothing, room was still hot. And they forget to give us toilet paper. Around the hotel is nothing special but with few minutes of walking you can go to night market which is nice.
