Nice hotel Sofitel Phnom Penh
Everything about Sofitel hotel was very nice as usual however they made an unusual mistake on my hotel transportation pick-up request by dispatching the driver to the wrong location which resulted in being late to my dinner appointment with some of the important Cambodian government officials. My guests fortunately understood the unexpected situation occurred with the hotel transportation and my meeting went well accordingly. When I returned from the dinner, I realized that the hotel manager provided some chocolates and fruit baskets with a proper apology note further with the transportation cost exclusion massage. Very proper measures on their mistakes and I was satisfied with the service.

The dining options are excellent along with the service and quality. Rooms are very nicely apponted and the ataff very friendly. It is a beautiful property. The only comment I have is the lack of convenient swimming pool, but that is because their pool is under renovation

I took my two granddaughters on an Asian vacation. We stayed at three Sofitels. One in Bangkok, Siem Reap, and Phnom Penh. The three Sofitel properties were excellent. Staff was very helpful, breakfast was great. We had a very good experience at each one.

Great Haven
Exceptional hotel, with exceptional service. The breakfast buffet alone makes this place worth a stay. Everyone was especially accommodating given that we were stranded by COVID-related flight interruptions. We can't wait to return when everything calms down.

The hotel is grand and service is good. It is only 5-mins walk to the Aeon Mall. However, the swimming pool is old and not clean. The breakfast in US$30 is a little bit expensive.

うっかりしていて二度も財布とカバンを食堂やバースペースに忘れて、二回とも私の部屋番号を調べて（多分お客さんがどんな人かしっかり見ている）「お財布をバースペースに忘れてますよ」って部屋に電話をかけて来てくれた。当然なくなったものは無し。素晴らしいクオリティのサービスでした。 This place is so great.Especially I left my wallet in bar space. Then they find it and call to my room even I don't tell my room no.That’s so nice service.

Great property located in the heart of Phnom Penh. Club floor room with balcony overlooking river was charming. Restaurants, including La Coupole Sunday Champagne brunch, were excellent. Attentive staff.
