Staying in this hotel was the biggest mistake

Everything in the room is dirty and the hotel staff is unfriendly, but the worst of all is this. Everything is this room is too old and I would like to describe the place as junk shop. I guess this is the only description I can allude to. Plus, I believe no one can sit on the chair which has stain on it. I don't understand how you can arrange such a chair in a hotel room. The worst thing is I couldn't get any of the house keeping service for 4 days. If the reason that I couldn't get the housekeeping is we have too many suitcases, isn't replacing the towel or emptying the trash can, the at least thing that you guys can do? Which means I didn't get any of the service and not even heard of this service at all. There is no one standing at the front desk. Someone came when I shouted for a service, and I asked for the towels and the only answer I could hear is ‘please bring the used towels’. I know that we have a lot of suitcases and garbage. So for the house keeping maid, I have emptied the trash, cleaned up our messes and washing the dishes at last By doing these, I have checked out a little late. But the problem is, the hotel cut off the water supply. So we had to stop showering, and we couldn't wash the dishes we have used. I had to use and Evian water that I have bought for our drinks to cover up all this situation I had. I couldn’t get get any messages to check out or stopping the water. I am sure this is not the manner to the guest. It's the worst hotel ever.

booked 2 double bed room for 3 nights. first night only had a bed and a pull out love seat. phone didnt work, refrigerator looked like it was thrown down stairs, handle missing, piss all over pull out. Niki tried to help. second night fixed to 2 bed room, still no phone. Third night they had locked us out because they only rebooked us for one night instead of two. had to drive 20 miles out ot the way. Weekend manager came in late and left early, so unable to resolve there at hotel. Hotel is under remodel only third floor available. Has many destitute people staying there, very uncomfortable and smell of drugs. Place is best suited for homless and destitute. I want a full refund.

The room was not clean at all; it was smelly. The ironing board was very nasty, and the couch in the room was very old and damaged. The chairs were dirty and extremely unpleasant. The bathroom was not working properly—the shower water was barely coming out, and the drainage was not working. The TV did not have any online streaming services like YouTube or Netflix, only cable channels. Breakfast should not even be considered breakfast; it was just some coffee and cereal. The area around the hotel had a lot of homeless people. There were two air conditioners, and one of them was not working.

They gave us a room that is under renovated looked like the staff wasn’t aware. Next, they give us a room that is so dirty and with a foul odor (human pee). I will today to request a refund. That was a terrible experience. We were charged TWICE.

We got to the room and room smelled like urine. The cabinets were missing. Walked right out. Asked to change rooms and the person said she would try to change it without charging us more. Moved to another room. Tried to check out in am and no one at reception desk. Waited for 10-15 minutes and left. Called an hour to check out. There were people walking around the place. People in the entrance. I had my son and it was just a sketchy place.

Sucks. We booked/paid for room the day of the stay. Drove 5 hrs from SoCal, arrived 12:30am. Got to Hotel, the person at the desk said he could not check us in as we were late, they designated us as no show. Then he said couldn't check us in because the system was down. They denied our refund request. Went across the street a got a room at Holiday Inn Express no problem. Disgusting, very poor business practice Extended Stay. Put yourselves in our shoes, what would you have done. Strand a family at late after 5 hr drive, stay was paid, employee was available, literally there at the desk as we were talking to each other through your phone, not provide a refund. Check your booking/paid records, cameras, and time. Anyways, worked out well for us, Holiday Inn Express across the street is new, clean, reasonable rates, and accommodating. They have an awesome complementary breakfast. Choose a hotel to stay that puts people before money.

No utensils in room. Bathroom has some broken parts. When we asked extra blanket lobby person said he has only one and no extra sheets. I stayed in it when my friend booked it. But in my return trip I cancelled it knowing issues

Room was not clean, area around shower knob had big holes where saw mice noise. Bath tub had stains, I booked room with stove but no pots and pan and cutlery. Not happy with the Extended Stay America stay at this property.

No ma'am, the toilet was broken and the shower. I had to call up to the front desk twice to see why the water was off. They told me they was working upstairs and needed the water cut off with no warning. Jason is a young worker at the desk that does NOTHING!!!

sofa sleeper had blood on it and it was old. The mattress needs be change out. But Miss Nikki was the best. She took care of us. The price for two nights was good.

Absolutely Disgusting Stay FAR Away! This place is a complete disgrace and should not be allowed to operate as a hotel. an absolute nightmare. The entrance and garden areas were overrun with homeless people, It felt completely unsafe, like a neglected shelter, not a hotel. The smell was awful a mix of mold, sewage, and who knows what else. The room was filthy, stained sheets, dirt everywhere, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been touched in weeks… the managers response? Pay extra $10 if you want it clean… To make it worse, there was no running water. I couldn’t even shower. When I complained, the manager was rude and clearly didn’t care at all. No apology, no solution just attitude. This place is disgusting, unsafe, and managed by people who shouldn't be in business. Stay far away. I wouldn’t stay here again if it were free. I checked out hours after I checked in with no refund.

The room was filthy! There were animal urine stains, carpet stains, the room smelled like cigarettes, and it was absolutely impossible for us to feel even slightly okay to put our luggage in the room, just to name a few of the inconveniences. We asked for an immediate refund. The staff was very responsive and helpful in accommodating our request.
