Front desk member Malia was welcoming and efficient. We were greeted by every staff person we passed, handyman, room attendants, breakfast preparers. Our room was sparkling clean, modern furnishings, extremely comfortable bed. Hotel is extremely close to wonderful shopping and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again.

We arrived late and had issues with checking in, something with their computers. Staff was super nice but couldn't make our keys and had to slide them under the door later. Water in the shower never warmed up. BUT staff was super nice.
