Nice hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined by noise. Outside noise - we heard every Harley that rode by. Every truck. Every car with a loud exhaust. They obviously used cheap windows and made no attempt at noise suppression. We were on the 6th floor. Also the air conditioner - very loud. It seemed like a very low budget system with a lout fan and a clunk every time it cycled on and off, which is frequent in Arizona. Great location, nice facility, bring your earplugs!

This was 3rd time staying here and i definitely will continue to make here my go to place when i visit Scottsdale. It is in a great location where you can easily walk around and and feel safe. Its super close to the Fashion square mall and lots of food options. The staff were very welcoming too. Rob stole the show. He was super nice, helpful, and welcoming. He even remembered me as i was checking out and showed a very caring attitude. Give him a raise asap!

Staff was very nice. Rooms however hold a bad smell. First room we were assigned was so pungent that we ask for another. Second one was tolerable, but carpet was very stained and I think the old carpeting is the reason for the smell. Hilton needs to get rid of that old carpet and refresh! Air conditioner was loud. The outside area was nice & loved the location. Hilton needs to do better with this one!
