We had a great stay at this hotel! The lazy river was one of the highlights of our trip—clean, relaxing, and a lot of fun. The AC unit was so loud I couldn't sleep. The people were loud also.. over all it was just ok. Looks like the place is in need of some remodeling. I could see day light thru the door making the AC situation even worse tho. The loddy staff were good. The restaurant pricing was very over priced

We traveled here for a weekend with our two young kids (10 and 7) and had a great time. The pool area is the perfect size - not overwhelmingly big like a theme park, but it does allow guests, in, it is not exclusively for the resort, that being said, it never seemed too busy. The basic double queen room is huge, with clean and comfortable beds. As others have said, the food is your basic diner food, nothing spectacular but that didn't really matter to us. We would visit again.

I did not like the water park hours. The only reason families stay there in the summer time is for the water park it closed at 7pm. There is also no shade over any of the pools, lazy river or slide waiting area. The drinks inside the water park were also way over priced $18 for a small maybe 10oz frozen margarita is insane. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel staff for the most part was good.

The room looked like it would be really nice. The bed was comfortable and the campus was fine, too. When we sat down in our room we were able to see that the floor was VERY dirty with giant hair piles and tinsel, dried something’s on the wall, and the shower had scum all over the floor and the walls. The outdoor pool was fun but it too is covered with scum around the tiles. Regardless of the dirty parts, we enjoyed the staff that we interacted with and my kids did like the pool.

The water park was nice. The rooms were nice but the maid did not clean our room one of the days. The comstruction was loud in the morning. We were never told there was construction. It was a nice stay though. My daughter and wife had a good time.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff are top notch. Shout out to Antonio and Lalo at the water park. Antonio went above and beyond in his service. Lalo was always working hard at picking up and keeping the water park free of trash. Nice room.

The outdoor pool you had to walk 3-4min from our room. There was no continental breakfast or complimentary coffee. Room was good the bed was not comfortable especially the pillows.

The resort feels more like a hotel with extra flare and not a resort. They’re going through renovations and the crews starting early to beat the heat beat my alarm. The Mountain View rooms are true but with the construction in the picture. The staff was very helpful and delightful to deal with. I would wait until they have the new builds finished before staying. We came here for the kids to enjoy the water park which they enjoyed while we were here so our trip was fulfilled in their eyes. Lastly, it’s important to mention that parking towards the park is tight due to the construction. I’m sure in a few months there will be a better experience to have here.

The room was clean and nice. However there is not very many handicapped parking places, there was a lot of construction making it hard to relax the construction started at 6 am making it hard to sleep in and relax. The pool and lazy river was nice. The signs around the complex were not very clear directing one to the amenities.
