Its just a suburban house in a community… we couldnt really even find the pool and we’re instructed to tell other residents thst we were personal guests.

Yuck- just yuck! This property is a real bait & switch. It is crammed into the corner with other houses incredibly close. And it's essentially a place to get away from the sun, not enjoy the sun. It is dark and closed off from the outside. The pool is not heated. There really is no BBQ to speak of. The furnishings are very dated and in poor quality. Basically the whole place is depressing. Has not been updated in 20 years.

The property was tired and not exactly clean. Bed linens were clean but old and stained. Carpets were frayed, torn and old. We recieved a code for the front door which only worked the first day. Had to fugure out where the pool was on our own.

My family and I stayed at this property over the weekend and let me tell you it was everything we could imagine. It's stocked with everything you need. Very clean and the host response back immediately after contacting him. I had absolutely no problems during my whole stay. One of the best properties I'd stayed. Most importantly the property is very clean I have a phobia for filth and this property did not trigger any of my phobias... You will not be disappointed.

Not Vacation Worthy

This unit is in a quiet residential area. The unit is very clean. This place is good for families that want space. If you are looking for an elegant getaway, this is not the place for you. The furnishings and kitchen utensils are very cheap. The coffee table was literally falling apart as was one of the dressers. The lighting was very dim. The towels were adequate, but I would not have them in my home, much less provide them to guests. The bathrooms and kitchens have tile floors with no rugs. The website advertises rain shower heads, but ours barely dripped in the master. There was one television in the livingroom. They did have internet and television service. The place has potential, but it is not a resort - just a place to lay your head.

Wonderful floor plan, met all our needs (2 couples). Not a complaint, just information, that little patio was always shaded, there was no place outdoors to sit in the sun and enjoy the lovely view.

This was a very odd property, absolutely no view, next house was approximately 3 feet away so the only view was a cement wall. Thankful for the washer and dryer as there were only about 8 towels for the 4 of us and 2 face clothes. Found it very odd that food was left in the cupboards, some expired at that obviously didn’t use any of it. Pots and pans were next to useless, two coffee makers in the kitchen, one was extremely dirty on the inside, didn’t use it. And of course there was garbage and recycling day, we took out the recycling from the last people who were there, so I’m not sure who will be removing our garbage, we left it in the outside trash can. Magazines in the house were dated back as far 2015. Not sure where the owner lives but their house is definitely in need of some tlc and a real good cleaning.

Great place, great location

Great place, great location. Perfect for a family with kids who are looking for a place while vacationing up in NW Phoenix. Spare bedroom beds are small twin beds , so keep that in mind.

Second stay

Our second stay was just as amazing as our first stay a few weeks ago. We travel frequently, and hands-down this property is the most comfortable and cleanest we ever had the pleasure to accommodate. Highly recommended. Host is extremely flexible and very very responsive. We will be repeating our visit in the future.

In the posting it said there was a pool on the premises but it was down the street and closed for maintenance. We had to call to find to this out. It was a house not a hotel and there were no games available. You could. Buy movies but there were no instructions on how to pay for these. Smoke detector in one bedroom was disabled.
