Metro Phoenix Extended Stay
We were surprised management was not able to maintain this properly, aside from leaking water in the bathroom that we supposed to stay and water coming from the top floor it is very unsafe. tried to arrange early check in. told maybe, and could cost $20. no big deal. got to property early (1pm) for spa day. no early check in. in fact, room not ready until 5:30pm. tried to check in at 4pm, provided ID and credit card (completed the process) and was told I'd get a text when room was ready. ...
