I only stayed at this hotel for one night, the staff was friendly and the location was great in downtown Philly. I did valet parking for my car but there are two parking lots very close by. The rooms are small, but we managed ok.

Charming, retro, artsy hotel that has complimentary breakfast, offers wine and small bites early evening that are amazing. Not to mention the complimentary chicken soup around mid day. The efforts to provide exceptional customer service is to be admired. The staff are pleasant, accommodating and even make your bed in the morning! Truly a hidden gem tucked behind the big hotels and much better at making you feel welcomed and “ at home”. Kudos Alexander Inn- we will be back.

Room was clean, staff at front desk (Juliet) was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and the restaurant on site was terrific. A unique menu, wonderful staff.
Parking though we had to walk in wind and rain was convenient enough.
