Unfortunately there was a very bad sewer smell in the room and bathroom when we arrived. After opening up all the windows and turning the bathroom fan on it subsided but it was less than ideal. The room and bed was otherwise fine. Ok for a one night crash pad. The employees and dog are lovely.

excellent little hotel

absolutely nothing wrong with this place, even for my picky partner. the location is a few blocks walk to the beach. the free bus mitigates all other problems. tasteful, thoughtful, comfy, very friendly and helpful staff, and everything works. great price performance, too.

Best Small Hotel in Phu Quoc!

Stayed here again. Everything was great! Great location, a super comfortable bed, and a great friendly owner. Best place to stay in Phu Quoc if you want to stay near the night market and nightlife.

We booked and paid for 8 nights in advance but stayed for just 4 nights and found a better place in Grand World. Closer to the beach. The property managers were nice and helpful but not very generous with giving us a refund for the days we didn’t stay. We found the area poor in the choices of restaurants and stores. The restaurants only open after 11am in the mornings, surprising for a tourist oriented area. But that was consistent even in other areas of Phu Quoc.

Stayed here for two nights and it was amazing! The room was huge! And the pool was absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, offering us trip ideas/tourist attractions if wanted. The gentleman at check in was awesome by making jokes and overall a great person to meet. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and along the way you have everything you could want from pharmacies, convenience stores and amazing restaurants and cafes right on the street from the hotel. Absolutely recommend!

Great Hotel!

One of the best hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at in Vietnam. THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED IN VIETNAM! Newly built hotel rated as 3.5 star, but definitely a 4 star. The pool was great and really helped you relax after a long day exploring the island. Perfect location in the middle of the island. Outstanding customer service by the owner. Wifi was good speed. Overall a perfect experience. Minor note: on some mornings you can hear a rooster (common throughout most of Vietnam)

My Phu Quoc heaven

It was so wonderful to arrive here after a hotel the night before. These are the best beds in Vietnam. So comfortable. Bliss. The pool area is lovely, the staff are wonderful and the location is great. My only complaint is that my room didn't smell good but I got used to it! Wasn't much worse than being on a farm in Ireland.
