My stay was wonderful! The staff was amazing very helpful, friendly, and always attentive. They truly made my stay feel extra special and welcoming. The location of the hotel is central in Patong and is walkable to Patong Beach, Bangla road and many other options. The doors are pretty thin and you can hear a lot in the hallways. The staff were always helpful when needed.

The hotel was absolutely amazing. I am a solo traveler, and the room was the perfect size for me. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was amazing. My only complaint was the TV. There were no working channels. Nonetheless I’ll be staying there again next year.

Great location, walking distance to beach, bars, Bangala Rd. and tons of food options. Room that faces the main road was real noisy all day and night making it hard to sleep. Room was clean, bed was hard. We only stayed 2 nights so it wasn't too bad.

The hotel is classified as 4 stars, but it is not 4 stars, but rather one star. The staff are very unhelpful. The furniture is old. The rooms are very dirty. The quilt and bed have a bad smell. Luggage service is non-existent. You have to carry the bags yourself.
