Struttura immersa nel verde in totale stile thailandese piacevole e rilassante,si gode una piacevole vista tra mare e montagna dove si intravede anche il grande budda,la struttura è prevista anche di un centro massaggi per passare una giornata alternativa,personale accogliente e gentile pronto a risolvere ogni dubbio e richiesta,a rendere ancira piu pacevole il soggiorno è la presenza di un cagnolino domestico dolce e coccoloso uno spitz per la precisione!un grazie speciale a tutto lo staff! La struttura è a soli 5 min a piedi dal mare dove si trovano anche i famosi tuk tuk!

棒

整體來說不錯，離卡塔海灘很近，非常值得去，卡塔沒有芭東海灘這麼擁擠，特別舒服，夕陽也很美，步行就可以到海邊，也有鄰近的便利超商。如果對廁所比較要求一點的話，廁所有點昏暗，有一點味道。其他都很棒～～

Trevligt hotellområde

Överlag trevligt hotell med mycket grönska och en fin pool. (som inte är alltför överbefolkad) Frukosten var god och helt ok i omfattning. Bodde i ett eget hus som var väldigt rymligt. Avståndet till restauranggatan var inte långt, lite längre till stranden men inte så farligt.

Arrivée rapide peu accueillante personnel ne parlant que peu l’anglais. Obligé de demander à changer de chambre car les toilettes ne fonctionnent pas, le robinet du lavabo est bralant et le réfrigérateur en panne ! Le lendemain petit déjeuner même pas de confiture, pour ceux qui ne mangent pas salé et pas de beurre, super ! Malgré la demande, le lit est fait avec des draps pas changés pendant 3 nuits et pas de serviettes de toilettes, obligés de demander encore ... dommage l’hôtel est beau, le cadre est bien et l’emplacement pas trop mal, mais le gestionnaire est un peu à revoir.

Free Salad, friendly like Russian.

No friendly 'Hello', no warm Welcome at the Reception just "Passports!" In the whole Thailand time never met someone so unfriendly Thai. Breakfast simple, just the Eggs a great. Many russian guests. Free Salad. Badly smelling bathroom. Not really clean room. Save not working properly. Nothing else to mention.

Room For Improvement - Minor Theft

Pros: Easy check-in/out Lovely pool Large, clean room w/ bottled water, daily Leafy, relatively quiet property, despite being right off busy Patak Rd Adorable feral cats / kittens living in bushes - not for petting, but very photogenic Learned to use a "bum-gun" properly (most might find not being able to flush toilet paper a con, but we embraced the cultural experience) Cons: No response to emails before arrival Bungalow #107 could do with some updating Toilet tank doesn't refill without taking lid off, pushing float down to activate fill valve - caused by float being too big for tank and sticking against tank wall Sink tap / shower sprayer could be replaced - old, spray everywhere Tiny ants everywhere Very stiff bed (we prefer a firm mattress, but this was too hard) Noisey broken aluminium fence clanging in the breeze outside our window Safe is small/light/not attached - could easily be carried out of the room Cleaner went through our things the 1st day (found suitcase zipped up differently than we left it - $20AUD missing). Talked to front desk (their English was not great), told us mgmt would check tapes. Next day we were told only maid was in room, she claimed no wrongdoing. They offered to call police, we thought that was too extreme. Eventually they offered to refund missing amount, which we agreed to, but at check-out there was no mention of it. $20 isn't a big deal, but feeling like we couldn't leave anything of value in our room sucked.

Hotel de caractere THAI et beau jardin

Hotel traditionnel , calme à 15 mn de la magnifique plage de Kata . La piscine de l' hotel est agréable avec un beau jardin environnant et bien entretenu . Le restaurant offre également un excellent rapport qualité / prix .

Hade en Superior-bungalow. Rummet var fräscht, dock högljudd luftkonditionering. Sängen ok, men obekväm kudde. Minuspoäng för att man tillfälligt stängde av vattnet utan avisering. Det var bara ren tur att jag inte hunnit in i duschen... Frukostbuffé ok. Bra läge om man vill ha natur runtomkring men ändå ha promenadavstånd till Karon beach, restauranger osv.

Nice Hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights the staff are friendly and the hotel has a nice feel only thing is the bed is so hard in fact in all the times we have been to Thailand this bed won the hardest bed by far. the gardens are great so is the pool area Breakfast was basic but nice

Var är alla folk?

vi bodde där i en vecka. första tre dagarna var vi själva vid poolen, efter några dagar kom det fler dit. Frukosten är inget att hänga i granen så här vid juletider, tips är att köpa Nutella. Rummen var slarvigt byggda och inte så rena, smutsiga lakan osv. Nätet som skulle stoppa djur från att komma in vid fönstret på badrummet funkade ej så vi fick döda 10 myror per dag (rip). Vi hade även en ödla som bodde på rummet uppe vid ac;n, vi kallade honom musho. Han var på skrivbordet och sprang rundor och bakom tavlan. Spännande tider. överlag ett ok hotell men inget man kommer besöka igen.

Bed was uncomfortable to say the least. (I have back problems, so sleeping was torturous. My husband does not have any back problems & had the same discomfort with the "mattress") Bedding was disgusting. We accidentally opened the large bed spread cover & were shocked & disgusted that the "resort" thought it was okay to reuse that bedding, even if the cover sheet was "clean"... The front desk staff speak VERY limited English & were unable to help us book a tour or even rent a moped.

Great and beautiful

The service was great, location is 8 mins walk from the beach, the garden of the hotel is very beautiful, swimming in the pool you can see the mountains, breakfast is also great. I would recommend to everyone who wants to spend nights in quiet, rest and relax. I enjoyed staying in this hotel! Thank you!

качество для такой цены,вполне нормальное.Много русских семей с детьми и молодых европейцев.В нашем домике было не очень чисто, слабый запах сырости,грязный пол. нет кружек для чая,но есть термос для кипятка и огромный список штрафов за порчу имущества.Завтраки скромные,но голодные не останетесь.Мы брали этот отель на три дня,понравилась цена и красивая территория,отсутствие шума со стороны дороги,есть парковка. как бы там ни было,но там лучше,чем сейчас у нас по возвращении с отдыха...-30мороза

Front desk staff are RUDE and unaccommodating

Was initially happy with the Baan Vanita but that was promptly changed by the front desk staff. They treated us poorly and where rather rude to me and my wife. I would avoid this hotel unless they can find new staff. On the plus side the restaurant was excellent and wait staff where very friendly and helpful.

Уютный, чистый и зеленый

Отличное состояние отеля и его расположение подтвердили правильность моего выбора. Жили в большом корпусе на последнем этаже (запрашивали во время бронирования на сайте). Везде очень чисто - как в номере, так и коридоре, туалете у бассейна и в целом на территории. Номер большой, огромная двухспальная кровать (запрашивали во время бронирования на сайте), отличный твердый матрас, по 2 подушки. кондиционер расположен в стороне от кровати, поэтому ночью не дуло. Отличное состояние сантехники. Вид с балкона - на гору и территорию отеля оправдан. Во время дождей ветер идет с моря и балкон тем самым остается сухим. Есть просторная сушилка для вещей. Завтраки стандартные, но вкусные. Территория вся в растениях, очень красиво, видела как каждый день их подстригают, поливают. Очень рекомендую.

Easy getaway from the hustle of Phuket

My partner and I stayed at a superior bungalow for a week. First impressions of the place were the beautiful scenery- its a very well kept property with lots of plants and trees. There's also a wonderful pool and an onsite restaurant. You get two free bottles of water a day which was nice, cleaning staff are lovely and trustworthy. We asked specifically for a double bed, on arrival there were 2 single beds- and to fix the problem, they simply put the beds together 😂 wasn't really an issue for us, but could be for some. The room itself was spacious and clean, ensuite was nice. Some maintenance issues- like the showerhead was a little broken, clothes drying stand outside was also broken. Watch out for cockroaches too- and be careful of eating crumbly sweet foods in your room, ants are fast and they come in hordes. On the other hand, the location is impeccable, especially if you want to be within 10 mins of the beach and away from the busyness of the community. Close to lots of eating places, fresh fruit shakes just down the road,15 minutes by taxi/tuktuk to patong (though expensive at 400 baht one way) and a 20 minute walk to Kata- in general, lots to do within half an hour's walking distance. There is also a bus going between Kata and Phuket Town that stops right outside the property. Overall we really enjoyed at the end of every day to be able to come back to a quiet and peaceful environment and that's a lot of what sold it for us!
