It’s so bad, none of the taxi drivers knew where it was located. We had a taxi driver hand us off to another taxi driver because he was unable to locate this hotel.

Il nostro soggiorno da Batic House
Siamo stati solo 3 notti per avere la posizione strategica per andare in giro. Comodo per visitare il BIG BUDDA e varie escursioni.La posizione è centralissima, a circa 4 minuti dalla spiaggia. Si sono tanti ristoranti, agenzie per prenotare le escursioni, centri massaggi.. Purtroppo, forniscono solo 1 asciugamano per persona al giorno, quindi portate i vostri asciugamani. La camera è abbastanza grande. Prima di prenotare ho letto i commenti degli altri ospiti e tanti facevano notare la presenza di moschitos, è vero. C'è ne erano tanti e dappertutto, poi li abbiamo portati con noi anche in prossimo albergo! La cosa strana in questo albergo è tantissima umidità. Tutti i nostri vestiti erano sempre umidi, anche se stavano nelle valige! Poi, quando abbiamo cambiato l'albergo (era in programma) la prima cosa che abbiamo fatto era ad asciugare TUTTO, compreso i nostri vestiti invernali! Le scarpe da tennis di mio figlio erano coperte di MUFFA, che impressione! Per il resto, è un albergo dall'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale parla e capisca poco inglese, però è abbastanza disponibile.

Man kriegt viel fürs sein Geld
Wir waren während der Nebensaison hier und haben wenig gezahlt und dafür viel bekommen. Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon mitnehmen Stühlen und Tisch. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, es gibt ein Duschbad und euch unendlich küchenähnlichen Raum mit Spüle und Kühlschrank. Die Zimmer waren sauber und wir zufrieden. Einzig der Check in war schwierig da war keine Rezeption gibt haben wir eine halbe Stunde geaucht um dann im Smile House jemand zuständige nicht mit unserem Schlüssel zu finden (die Hotels gehören wohl zusammen). 3 Gehminuten vom großen Strand entfernt. Ruhig gelegen und doch innerhalb 2 Gehminuten ein 7/11 und sämtlichen Restaurants und co.

Good stay
Pros: large bed very comfy free water close to beach. The space was also very nice lots of room in the hotel suite. There was a bathtub which was a nice surprise.
Cons: cable guys came in unannounced while I was out and left my door completely open for god knows how long.
Other guests were drunk and noisy. Doesn't appear to be any rules about courtesy maybe post some reminders?

The receptionist we were able to find at another sister property relocates us to her hotel. She said that the hotel I had booked for was new and not opened yet. So why is it available for me to book?
The room provided was nothing similar to what I booked (just going based on pictures) because my taxi driver nor the receptionist couldn't find the address.
I only stayed for a couple of hours because the ac was not working.
