Wonderful staff, great pool

Managers Murray and Tiffany wonderful people who did everything for guests. They drove us themselves in to town and showed us there favorite restautants. Then we just had to take a taxi back. No breakfast at hotel but kitchen with coffemaker and microwave and large fridge. Very nice pool and a nice place to relax. Clean and nice.

Hotel was great Hotels.com sucks.

The place was fine my reservation was screwed up by Hotels.com but the owners/managers were excellent in helping me get to stay. Besides this reservation Hotels.com screwed me on another in Siem Reap Cambodia. I was unable to get there do to my Service Dog and getting to Siem Reap on time for the booking but you charged me with no refunds. I'm filing a dispute with my credit card since no one answers my emails.
