Big apartment just few minutes walk from Kata beach. The location on Kata beach is excelent considering that Kata beach is accessible from one or other end only because of huge resort spreading accross whole Kata.

Di buono c'è solo la posizione: vicino alla spiaggia e a molti ristoranti. Per il resto lo ritengo squallido e gestito da disonesti! Siamo arrivati con la loro navetta e abbiamo dovuto attendere 20 minuti che arrivasse qualcuno a darci le chiavi. Arriva un ragazzo che ci lascia le chiavi e in modo svogliato e sgarbato (ci ha dato l'impressione che fossimo ospiti sgraditi) ci accompagna all'appartamento. Entriamo e troviamo nel corridoio in bella vista uno scarafaggio morto, delle luci della sala ne funzionano 2 su 3, nel balcone le sedie e il tavolo sono arrugginiti e le imposte non danno sicurezza. Ci fa firmare il foglio di check-in concordando il checkout per le 14.00 di venerdì 15/11. Non abbiamo avuto l'acqua calda per nessuno dei 5 giorni che siamo stati lì (però con l'umidità e il caldo che c'era non è stato un problema gravissimo). Il giorno del checkout, alle ore 10.40 arriva una ragazza dicendo che dovevano arrivare altri clienti quindi eravamo obbligati a fare il checkout a quell'ora, gli abbiamo fatto vedere la nostra copia del contratto in cui era scritto (e firmato) che il checkout era alle 14, ma non gliene è importato: hanno preso le valigie e le hanno messe davanti alla porta. NON CI HANNO NEANCHE DATO IL TEMPO DI CHIUDERE LE VALIGIE !! Ieri per la storia del deposito ritengo di essere stato derubato di quasi 800 THB (circa 23€): loro dicono che è la commissione di PayPal, ma io son sicuro che non è così.

Appartamento in ottima posizione

In ottima posizione, centralissimo a soli 200 mt dalla spiaggia di Kata e circa 800 da quella di Kata Noi. Sulla via principale dove troverete di tutto, dal cambia monete a bar e ristoranti, negozzi di massaggi e altre chincaglierie. L'appartamento al 2 piano è abbastanza grande per ospitare una famiglia con bambini, ha un bagno con doccia ed un altra doccia separata. In discreto stato di conservazione. Potete chiedere alla struttura di inviarvi un loro taxi di fiducia a prendervi all'aeroporto di Phuket ad una buona tariffa. Le uniche pecche che possiamo riscontrare sono: la sensaione di poca sicurezza che danno porta e finestre anche se bisogna dire che per accedere al 2 piano c'è un'ulteriore porta che si apre con scheda magnetica. Ala presenza di alcune formiche in cucina e di qualche scarafaggio. Tutto sommato però buona struttura
