Overall good and I would stay again. It took a while for hot water to come on in shower. The shower house was also breaking. The area is a bit off the main road. Location is convenient 5 minute walk to mail, 7 mins to Bangla Rd, and 5 minutes to lower key bars on less main road.

Pictures are all lies, its a complete dump, like words couldnt even describe the absolute filth of this place and the look on the 'cleaning' ladies face because i had to txt her manager to get ckeam towels after waiting/asking 3 days, then came covered in s**t staines, if your from the europe/the west, definetly avoid this complete con, i have videos of the water pouring through ceiling and every spider/bug in area lived indoors like it was part of the forest...

La chambre ce trouve ailleur que dans hôtel !!!!!

Je suis déçu car je me rend à hôtel comme indiquer sur le plan et une fois arriver on me prend le passeport la caution je signe les papier normal et après on me dit votre chambre est dans une autre maison monter sur le scooter je vous dépose ! Conclusion 5 ou 10 mins de marché en plus pour rejoindre la grande rue ! J avais pris hôtel pour emplacement ! Nul part c'est noté que hôtel est ailleurs ! Et en plus pour ce repèré la première fois merci !

Quiet and comfort staying, the only drawback, the rooms at the second locarltion are not safe at all, no gate, no watchman, nobody can help you in case of some ladies start to mess around. In addition, no sexmcond door to access the room, just a window with a very tiny locker. No safe in case of issues at night. Daytime is quite safe because cleaning ladies are akways around the facilities.

The guest house This place in a dump It has a glass sliding door to enter and you have to lock it with a pad lock, room smells old and moldy, air con does get cold, the tv is about 10 inches, my 13 inch MacBook has a bigger screen than the tv, safe has pieces broken off, storage cabinet has a lock and key which dose work, looks like it hasn’t work since the 80’s, so there’s no place to secure your belongings, bathroom smells bad, you can’t put toilet paper in the toilet, shower floor and bathroom floor is all in one, there’s a kitchen sink right behind the bathroom wall and there’s a concrete window so you can’t even close it from the smell, which you won’t want to use anyway because it looks worse that a outdoor camp site kitchen, bed sheets and towels look like they’ve had then since the 60’s , a blow up mattress is better than the bed, WiFi didn’t work at all and the floor is kinda dirty...... this place is a total dump, I guess it works for backpackers or people with very little money to spend and it’s far away from everything, to in the top of that, you have to walk 10 minutes away from front desk to get there..... please don’t waste your money and time on this dump, it’s better to spend a little more and get something better.

Perfect place in a busy town

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent size, cheap room. You had everything you needed close by. It wasn’t too far from the beach but far enough away that you could have a decent nights sleep with no disruption. The spa was a gem! At around 150 Bhat for the day you can’t really go wrong. There is a friendly cat which we decided to name Maurice, he hung around the hotel everyday and was beautiful. Don’t be afraid to pet him as he is a dopey as anything. Check in was quick and easy. The main hotel is just round the corner from the reception so don’t be worried when have to walk away from the main building. Air con and fan in the room worked superbly and the shower was nicely powerful, refreshing but not too cold. There is a small trip office on the corner of the road which arranges trips to the islands at a very decent price. Again would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place in a busy town.

God til prisen

Rigtig rent værelse, der blev gjort rent og skiftet håndklæder hver dag! Område relativ tæt på Patong Beach og bangla Road, men stadig en god gåtur derfra. Alt i alt et rimelig godt hotel til prisen

Nicht zu empfehlen

Bei erstem hinsehen war das Zimmer OK. Zwei Matratzen auf dem Boden keine Moskitonetze. Eine Klimaanlagen und Ventilator an der Decke. Sauberkeit der Zimmer gieng so. Badezimmer war dann schon deutlich schlechter. Waschbecken nicht richtig an der Wand befestigt Wasserhahn auch nicht...man hatte immer das Gefühl man reißt etwas ab. Wasser kam nur ein Rinnsal.und schmutzig war es auch. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen weil es so arg stinkt und man diesen Geruch nicht im Zimmer haben will. Zwei Tage nach unserer Abreise haben wir dann noch eine E-Mail erhalten das wir anscheinend einen Fernseher kaputt gemacht haben und wir doch 3000 Bath bezahlen sollen. Also das war der erste Besuch im Guest House und mit Sicherheit auch der letzte.

Tämä house lupasi paljon, mitkä eivät pitäneet paikkaansa. Kylpyläpalveluita ei ollut ollenkaan, vaan olivat ihan eri paikassa ja maksulliset.Kylpytakkeja ei tietenkään ollut. Huoneen kunto huono, ensimmäisessä huoneessa peti niin huono (jouset) ettei voinut nukkua ja lavuaari vuoti lattialle. Saatiin huone vaihdettua, siinä sitten peti romahti alas sängylle istuessa. Valitettavasti en voi suositella kenellekään.
