Hotel staffs are friendly, breakfast is good,

Staff were very accommodating Sammy was Amazing!! Great & Very helpful & made sure everything went very smoothly. Will definitely be back-

The hotel is in an excellent location; however, it is disappointing to see a noticeable reduction in the amenities that were traditionally provided by hotels across the Far East. Basic items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and combs, which were previously standard in guest rooms, are no longer supplied. My main criticism, however, concerns the checkout process. Guests are required to wait while a member of staff inspects their room before they are permitted to leave. This creates an uncomfortable impression, making guests feel as though they are being treated with suspicion rather than valued customers. It is not a positive way to conclude an otherwise pleasant stay and is something the hotel should reconsider.
